Part feathers and apply powder all over body, particularly under wings and tail so that powder penetrates to the skin. Apply sparingly using 3-5g powder (from 4-6 gentle puffs) per bird.
For best results leave birds in a basket in a dark place for one hour after treatment, then liberate. Repeat every 3-4 days if necessary until infestation is cleared.
